I recently prepped for a 5-hour road trip with my 2 kids โ€“ and hello, stress breakout!

Luckily, I've got my go-to remedies to keep things in check.

Letโ€™s dive into my stress-free skin routine, anxiety-busting tricks, and post-trip survival tips. ๐ŸŒŸ

Letโ€™s keep your skin glowing, even when life gets wild!

Picture thisโ€ฆ

My iCal notification pops up, and it says "Road trip to Kelowna in 5 days." I immediately start to panic.

I have to pack my stuff, the kids' stuff, the travel crib, their lovies (probably the most important thing we can't forget), and snacks! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

I'm already feeling exhausted, and I haven't even started yet.

So, I put the kids to bed and dive into the chaos of packing (which basically means packing the entire house - IYKYK).

After an hour, I've barely made a dent and I can feel the stress breakouts forming. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Step 1: Breakout Begone Cleanser

Walk It Out
Yes, just walk. When youโ€™re feeling stressed, taking a walk for 10 minutes can make a huge difference. Just do it!๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ
