I’m spilling my 5-min beauty tips, how I sneak in daily me-time, and some real mom confessions I can't keep to myself anymore.

Some days I swear the clock is messing with me. ⏰
I drop the kids off, blink, and suddenly it’s lunchtime…like where did the morning go?
Then they’re back before I’ve finished my coffee… 😫
So I started thinking about how to steal back a little me-time every day.

Minimal effort, maximum glow—my everyday vibe. ✨
I’m all about beauty on-the-go
Mornings are absolute chaos, and honestly, who has time for a full face? 🙅
No full glam here—just trying to look like I actually made an effort.
Here’s what’s been working for me:
1. Skip foundation, fake that glow ✨
When I’m running late, I ditch the heavy stuff and slap on this dewy SPF tinted moisturizer that hydrates and blurs like a filter in a bottle. I’m on my sixth tube because it just works. Then I tap on this cream blush pot in pale pink for that “I woke up flawless” vibe, even if I definitely did not.
Tip: Fingers are your best friend here. No brushes, no fuss, just quick blending.
2. Primer that’s basically skincare magic 🪄
I live for this pore perfecting primer that smooth’s skin texture and minimizes pores. (Not to mention it makes my makeup look airbrushed!) It creates the perfect base that helps my double wear concealer glide on effortlessly. Honestly, I look so much more awake and lifted whenever I use both!
Tip: Warm it up between your fingers before slapping it on for smooth, no-patch vibes.
3. Brows and lashes that save the day 💁♀️
Brows can make or break your whole vibe. I fluff and fill with this strong brow freeze gel. (No joke, I am probably on my 20th jar!) and then coat my lashes with this lifting and waterproof over-curl mascara (…and yes, this one lifts even short and straight lashes)
Tip: Use the wand tip to dot in sparse spots.

4. Just touched by sunshine glow ☀️
No time for contour drama? Me neither. I swipe this longwear glow highlighter on my cheekbones and brow bones. Then I chisel and sculpt with this multi-use contour stick for that sun-kissed tan like I just got back from vacay.

5. Lip game strong, all day long 💄
I layer this long-wear tinted balm in #44B topped with this lip liner pencil in color whirl for a soft and hydrated lip all day. I always get asked about these two because they keep my lips looking fresh, even after snacks, coffee, or chasing kids.
Tip: Blot with tissue after balm and go in with the liner after and smudge it in!

The art of sneaky self care…
Finding me-time feels impossible some days.
But just 30 minutes can totally change your mood and energy.
Here’s how I sneak those minutes back—even in the chaos.

I block 30 minutes—no phone, no interruptions—and do something just for me. Whether it’s a quick sesh on the piano or reading a book that’s been on my list, it resets my whole mood.

Confessions I had to get off my chest…
Some days I just feel like there’s never enough time.
Like, how does the day disappear so fast? ⏳
Weeks turn into months, months turn into years, and suddenly I’m like, “Wait… what did I even get done?” Even though I know the list was long.
But here’s the real talk:
Most days, I’m juggling a million half-finished things: work emails, laundry, brain clutter—you name it. 🤹♀️
I question if I’m cramming too much into my kids’ schedules or maybe not letting them be bored enough (because that’s important too, right?).
Trying to balance being a mom, entrepreneur, a wife is hard. Sometimes I feel like I want to quit.
Some days I feel proud of all I’m handling. Other days, I’m just trying to survive until bedtime without losing my mind.
And my entrepreneur brain? It’s always buzzing with new ideas, which is exciting but also exhausting as hell. 💭
Is it totally unhinged that I daydream about booking a flight, zoning out with zero distractions, eating, reading, binge-watching, and then flying right back home? Because that sounds like a holiday to me right now. 😂
But here’s what I remind myself:
Showing up…even on messy, chaotic days, is enough.
Taking even 30 minutes of quiet can reset my energy.
Doing my best, even when overwhelmed, still counts.
I’m learning to give myself grace and celebrate small wins.
